Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Removehipflex offers refunds for educational programmes within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The programme has not commenced or only minimal sessions have occurred (less than 25%)
- The refund request is submitted in writing to info@removehipflex.world
- The request is received within the 14-day refund period
- The customer has complied with all programme terms and conditions
2. Refund Process
Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will:
- Verify your purchase and refund eligibility
- Process your refund within 10 business days
- Return funds to your original payment method
- Send confirmation of the refund to your email address
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom or bespoke programmes that have begun delivery
- Downloaded or provided digital materials that have been accessed
- Consultation or coaching sessions that have commenced
- Programmes where the full duration has been completed
- Payments made for services rendered beyond the refund period
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled sessions by providing 7 days written notice. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the session fee. Cancelled sessions can typically be rescheduled within 30 days without penalty.
5. Payment Methods and Processing
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment processing occurs within 2-3 business days. Your financial institution may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect the transaction.
6. Delivery Format and Access
Once purchased, access to digital materials is typically granted immediately. In-person or online sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Failure to attend scheduled sessions without cancellation notice does not entitle refunds.
7. Disputes and Appeals
If you believe your refund request was handled incorrectly, you may appeal in writing within 14 days of refusal. Appeals should include detailed explanation and supporting documentation. We will respond within 10 business days.
8. Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for distance contracts, in accordance with applicable law.
